That was a good one. Gonna add that to the list. Better Call Saul just stopped the new season on Netflix, if anyone watches

The weather - yes. Makes it totally not guilty to start springtime in the yard a month early (like someone wants to do).

And believe me, I have to farm out far more stuff than you, but I know where to find most of these guys!

Well, it quit drizzling, so we did attack one chore that needed to get done before the fence guys came back. Had to cut back the long bed of Asiatic Jasmine vine. I yanked it up, Carol ran the hedge trimmer through it - now the fence slats can make it to the ground. Needless to say, the non drizzle turned into rain as soon as we got serious in to it. Well, it got done, and grilled cheese and tomato soup warms you up nice!
Speaking of old TV, I'm killing the indoor chore time with Rifleman, and Wagon Train! I'd cue up Pat Ryan on Fire TV, but it need to not pay attention, so later.....

I feel your pain on letting someone else take care of your wrenching...it's a strange feeling.

It's almost like letting the neighbor handle your wife.........but worse.

So i finally moved here 3 weeks ago and am about to register my car (keeping the truck under my farm in NEB still) and found out there is state inspections.

Anyone know a shop that doesnt care about tint? Mines 5% below the limit or do they hound you about this?

Im considering leaving everything under my farm if its a hassle as I can reg online every year

    But worse.

There's an Express Lube on SE Military and Roosevelt I use. Last time I went, they just handed me the paperwork. Didn't do any inspecting, glanced at the truck and said "looks good". They didn't even charge me the $5 or $7 or whatever. You literally spent more time reading this than they spent looking at my truck.

Good evening from Lockhart group! Tonight, I will be getting used to the old keyboard, as I will be "speaking from the Rescued Dell"!
That's right - the one I rebuilt with the bad HDD. It's a big empty space, so adding those important items back on tonight. Tacoma World second up on the critical list! My fingers are a little lost - this keyboard is 1/3 longer than the Chromebook, and has all those missing keys!
OH Yeah! Have to disable this mouse pad for my lazy hands....
    So, GOOD Evening SATX!

I'm restoring web-site links and passwords - so I don't have to go back and forth! My luck, I will get done and this one will burp again!

    Saw that

@Holy schmidt I would just leave it tagged for NE if you don’t want to remove the tint, otherwise you may get pulled over for it, but you may get away with it as well. Welcome to the area.

Reminds me of that little hook that can pick up heavy things but it's nimble enough to pick up a flat quarter. I'll see if I can find it

Being so close to the legal limit I would just leave it until someone gives you reason to do otherwise. I had limo tint on all but the front windows and never got dinged for it even when I got pulled over for speeding. You may even be able to argue that the light gauge could need calibration.

@hoverlover - that was just the first cool looking one I hit searching drone grabber (since that is what it filled in!)

@Holy schmidt - I forgot - WELCOME - and Hover is right, there are a lot darker vehicle tints running around, especially in SA. Trucks don't look like the tint is hiding anything. Texas inspections are "safety only" - new reduced price at the inspector is picked up on registration. OH, be prepared to pay Tax on the vehicle though, since Texas didn't have the chance to collect it when you bought it. I know this because my son just moved his MO. bought car home from college.
