1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

I keep an extra pair in the truck at all times. Also the other car (its a much older Rx but still able to see). Without glasses, I cant see anything. Never could do the contact thing.

 

I just looked where league city was on the map, I was curious about it when the other night everyone was showing that score on the living in those cities.
So league city is very close to Galveston. Do you fish the gulf or go out on charter to fish? Maaahahahahaaan there are somw big BIG fish you can catch there out of Galveston.

 

I can't really stand wearing glasses unless I have to...not having the same peripheral vision as you do with contacts bothers me. But having contacts that won't stay in your eyes because of allergies bothers me even more so I wear them from time to time if I have to

 

Used to go to the Gulf a bit when I was a kid living in TX, what I remember most was the massive amount of jellyfish in the water there...they were all over the place especially on the shore, I guess they like the warmer water

Exactly the feedback I needed. I read through a bunch and found the ABS stuff but wasnt sure JUST axle shaft wise.

You'd recommend chopping for longevity/wear reasons or just to match stock?
Any interference or binding I'd imagine it'll be obvious. In this situation I'd only swap the driver side if it matters.

I want to do it right while in there so appreciate the help

 

I’d just buy new Chromoly axle shafts and install new bearings and brakes while you’re in there. Far easier than trying to find the correct axle shaft.
