Best Boat Names (And Boats) EVER!

I've owned over 30 boats. All were 23' or less. Flatbottom v-drives, runnerbottom v-drives, jet boats, Almost all big blocks, but ya know which one I miss the most? This one

out off the coast of Del Mar, or Rosecrans, chilling with my son when he was young. So much fun.
A little 17' inboard/outboard Mercruiser with a 4 banger. 6 gallons not a drop more ALL DAY LONG.
Took it to Catalina Island twice! Paid $1,800 for it.

 

How did I miss this cool thread ?

I grew up with my grandparents and I watched my grandfather build a boat.

It took him about 20 years in his spare time and we finally took it out and I got to water ski on it.

He took an old 1930's vintage steel hull (maybe an old Chris-Craft) and built everything from scratch and modified the hull. He built the boat trailer too.

He was a country dentist and also owned a dental lab and made his own boat fixtures (tie down and cleats).

It was a cool boat and I wish I had pictures of it ... I remember playing in it as a kid while he was building it.
