What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

These fogs are really making me reconsider whether I want the Baja Design lights or these for fogs

 

Got a little snow here down south. Just derped the grill and installed the new headlights.

 

My rear wheels like to stick like a mofo and I’ve got more projects than time.

Diode Dynamics has 3x the output intensity compared to Baja and costs $110 less while being made in the USA. Not sure why one would chose a more expensive and much lower output light.

Today was much better than yesterday, not that yesterday was bad, but the brake fluid was a big mess.

First I posted an actual picture of 2 of the parts I'm going to be selling.

I have a total of 11 new parts with new ideas about them all.

The next thing I did today was install a drop hitch of the correct drop (10") on my Tacoma.

Yesterday I bought a fixer upper truck tool box for my new job.

So today I built some tool trays for my tool box. These trays go on the lip that's inside the tool box and they can slide to either side of the tool box.

Even if the complete bend can't be completed, if the bend can be started then it can be completed by hand much easier.

The test fit, alias "did I screw up?" Lol

Then I painted the trays.

Tomorrow I'm rebuilding most of the entire brake system. Wish me luck. Hopefully Thursday or Friday I can take my truck to a friend's off road shop and he'll bleed the ABS brake system properly with his machine.

Starting an offroad parts company on a super small half borrowed budget is really scary stuff.

This is awesome, perfect spot to attach a small case for those "in case of emergency" items you may need in an accident. Seat belt cutter/glass breaker, small first aid kit, flashlight, emergency phone etc.

 

Setup my roommates blasting cabinet then tore my truck apart so i could blast and steel it some parts!

 

Threw a bed basket on and realized my cheapo aluminum Amazon bed bars couldn't handle the weight (a lot of flex while driving). The gf was sick of hearing me whine about these so she bought me the steel kb voodoo ones . Should be here by Friday.

 

I love these lower valance replacement bumpers. One is definitely in my future.

you might think that but all it takes is enough compression force into the seat cushion and your legs make contact for potential injury. But I get that the photo might be skewing perspective.
