    Lancaster Pole Buildings in Pa. I contacted them recently to get a quote to have the same garage built up at my cabin and i was told a few thousands more. Their reasoning for the price increase was my location and the price of concrete increased.

    $15.8k is cheap for a garage. I've thought about getting an "RV carport" for my boat. Tall with sides but no door. That way I could protect it in winter but still have it at the ready for nice "off season" days

    im a fan of, if your getting a garage/carport, a 12' high door/ceiling is a must, higher is better. you can always park a short vehicle in a tall garage/carport, cant park a tall vehicle in a short garage/carport. i have a 12' ceiling in my current garage, if it wasn't for zoning it would be 14'

    I still have it. I took it off the market because I got tired of all the BS'ers. I absolutely hate selling anything nowadays. Wife & I was just talking about planning a camping trip to the Smokey mountains of Tennessee with it.

    My boat is pretty tall for what it is. I would need at least 12'. I forget what most overpasses or tunnels are but I'm almost uncomfortably close to the ceiling of those. They're like 13'8" or something?

    Was pretty easy. I impressed myself.
    Works like a charm.
