That’s what I have and I’m quite pleased with it.

 

Yup, can't say I really knew they were even there until I removed the headliner, and had to check to see if they were actually wired in.

I also put one of these in after a JVC head unit pissed me off for the last time.

I have an Android phone, (if that matters for your consideration) and I really like this head unit.

 

it has a lot of features for the money. I had a Pioneer headunit before and liked it, had no problems.

 

thanks, I'm hoping to replace the center console/cupholder/storage area too while I've got everything out. Gonna do a plywood prototype to test out my armrest ideas. I've been driving around with no interior, no passenger seat, and I really like how it feels/seems like an older Toyota with more room and without the leather shift boot...

and did it improve sound quality? Did you change/add anything other than the HU??

seems like a 1/2 dozen 'NEX' headunits that fall in a certain price range that meet my needs. Just curious as to the basic sound improvements.

Things got ugly with the old battery. It corroded the tie down and the positive terminal, had to replace both. How reliable are Duracell truck batteries? Got one form Sam's Club.

 

They do look good, but I need Apple CarPlay. Look like good units if your doing android.

 

They make a dongle for apple carplay. Read up on it. Love mine.
