Soak the screw with liquid wrench, get a small drill bit and drill/shave down that center section, then use a tap wrench extractor set like the ones HD carries from gear wrench. I would use manual tap wrench vs a hand drill in this case.

The same shit everyone else has.
Came for the strippers, leaving disappointed.

Find a bit that just barely fits and hammer it in and spin it out

I bought a cheap EZ out 4 piece set and I found that using the smaller bits to drill the small hole and using a bigger extractor worked great for me

    Simple fix:

hammer in a torx bit that's the next size up. You'll most likely damage the bit, but it'll wedge itself in there nice and tight. then back the screw out by hand. Don't use power tools or you run the risk of stripping it again.

Go to HF and buy this: Use it at an angle and see if it starts moving. Is the thread hole portion all the way through on the back? Spray some WD-40 or something and try using the punch.

Like above I would take a small chisel or punch with a good point on it and try taping the side of the head at and angle counter clockwise of course. Good luck.

Like others have written grabbing a drill bit should be your final option. Tap in a torx or allen head and use hand tools to spin it out. Most of the time it works well.

I say drill bit because it’s what I would do. I have to realize not everyone has access to what I have access to everyday :D

Thanks everyone for the input. I'll give these options a shot and save drilling the bolt for last.

The bolt doesn't sit flush it's actually just a hair below the black frame. Good times!

Is that a proto trak? 2 or 3 axis?T mill will do tricks sporting one of those. I used to work with a machinist who also worked with wood to pretty much the same tolerances. He made custom rosettes for interior door trim.
