    Have you seen that "purple mattress" commercial where the couple pretends they just discovered the power of sleep. I really think getting a good sleep is the best medicine for all minor stuff. That and water.

    Don't think I've seen that one yet... don't really watch much "regular" TV to be honest. Kinds kinda rule the TV these days.

    But a good night's sleep is definitely the best medicine for minor stuff.

    I've heard those bolt on bull bars are damage multipliers and offer no extra protection in an accident. Also that they can effect the air bag deployment due to altered crumple zones.
