The photo is not a picture of the actual kit. Compare the Wilwood part number with the Wilwood site and you will see that it is the same kit that I got. The small print says that the actual item may vary. You may call them if it makes you feel better. I think the Wilwood site only lists it as being compatible up to 2016 but it is actually compatible up to 2019 since the OEM part numbers are the same.

Edit: I am also considering Volk TE37s but have to wait for the 17 inch version to come out. Although I like my TRD Sema wheels they just don't compare to the TE37s.

All the calipers(at least stoptech kits) are the same. Then they just use whatever adapter bracket is necessary for the truck. And correct rotors obviously

I wonder if anyone had any experience between running hacker one piece rotor and than going to lighter two piece system that usually will save 4-7 lbs per side. Wonder just how much of a difference it makes since the weight saving is mostly in the aluminum hat and not the rotor itself. As far as rotating mass the hat is pretty much in the center of the wheel so it doesn’t have as much effect as say wheels and tires would when it comes to 6 lbs diffence. So is it really worth abscessing over it and spending extra $300-500 I’d guess for not much gain. But wanted to see what you guys seen.

True that mass at the center of rotation has less effect than mass at the outer edge, but it is still rotating mass, you are also reducing unsprung weight which isn’t as big of an impact in a truck vs performance car. But the more significant gain of these kits is proper directionalized rotor cooling rather than old straight vein technology. More effective cooling increases braking capacity/resistance to fade, paired with the oversized big brakes and 4-piston calipers will make an excellent performing brake system, the lighter weight is just an additional benefit.

I was also told that the piston size of the calipers was different depending on the model that the BKK is being used on.
