Anybody else’s cat obsessed with the ice maker? Enzo comes running from anywhere in the house as soon as hears the “ding” when I select ice

 

Nope... bottled water on the other hand. We crinkle the bottle and call out “fancy water,” and Otis comes running from where ever in the house he is. He has a little dish in the bedroom because he used to try to drink out of the bottle at the same time my wife did. He LOVES water.

I’ll add that he does do it for the coffee pot too. Just more casual about it. He just wants to watch it pour. He either jumps on the garbage, which means he wants to smell and inspect the grounds to make sure I did it right. Or he will just on the little counter ledge on that side of the kitchen and look up and watch. I’ll have to get a pic of that one of these days.

Ponce would chase stray cubes all over if we lost one.
The kitten Marty likes to chomp the stray ice bits when someone uses the crushed ice feature. Inevitably a few stray bits hit the floor.

She had been stalking him from that side of the folded clothes for about 5 minutes, just watching. Waiting.

Then she sat up and extended her paw slowly for the smack. Razz felt her presence and turned around.

She backed down to a stare down.

 

@Norsemanvike tootsie is being the bigger ass this week.

Last week it was Razz, wouldn't let her in when it was raining.

Yeah she enjoyed her Valentine’s Day ballon! Hasn’t popped it yet but I’m sure she will!
