    Removed V6 logo.

First service at dealer. 800 miles, oil change and inspection. Dealer couldn't tell me if they reported to carfax, WTF assholes  It's the least they could do.

Reported the service to carfax myself and uploaded receipts.

doing it together with a shop, I don’t trust myself to do it all for the first time. Dash is getting a few different things done. All orange.

Makes sense. They also have all the right tools and glues. Father has had a shop for 45 years. One reason I was curious. Look forward to seeing the results!

Added a cheesy mod that I think my little wolf cubs will appreciate since we have so many lunches just sitting on the tailgate. Just held down by Velcro for now. Didn’t feel like dropping $200 for a cutting board and two cup holders.

I have had it since feb 2018 and last month got a check engine light at 35,000 miles (P11EE00) they sent off my cylinder head and they recommended a new one(under warranty) and they also replaced oil pan and timing cover for some reason. got my truck back and now there is a strange sound coming from my dash that sounds like a vacuum leak or screech when I get to 3,500 - 4,000 rpms going 40-50mpg so ill have to take it back.

Last year we had a terrible sand storm (Coachella valley) and I drove very slowly through it but still caused a bunch of damage. I had to have the windshield replaced, all front black plastics looked sandblasted so they painted them, front emblem and grill were all replaced, both healights, front black bumper, and lastly, the right side mirror housing was replaced almost everything in the front right of my truck looked light someone sandblasted it.

Now for the good, I installed a dashcam (apeman C860 great unit but the brand is trash-talked within the dashcam community) with that awesome adapter on Amazon (simpleUSB mirror to dashcam power) that uses the mirror power to power a usb dash cam, then ran the rear dash cam under the trim in under 5 mins which was insanely easy to do.

Installed front facing cam under lic plate

Installed a new head unit (pioneer W8400nex) which was easy and way better than stock, along with all new speakers ( the ones everyone recommends here) and now music actually sounds good.

Installed always 400w mod for power inverter and added a plug inside the center console.

Replaced all interior lights with leds as well as reverse lights.

Added raised black letters for tailgate.

Order some meso chrome delete for all the interiror

First photo I took of my truck

I doubt it was the sand since it was all mostly cosmetic, I have a sound recording of the sound my truck makes that I plan to show them so they understand but I'm just bummed ill be without my truck for a while since I use my truck for work everyday.

Installed the Germes Lab / Car Solutions module for anytime front and rear camera. Bought the Natika camera off of Amazon. Installed this on a 2020 grill and couldn't quite get it center due to the tabs on the emblem (this bothers my OCD a bit). None of the shims were used as it was already pointed low enough on the grill. But I'm really happy with how easy and functional this mod is!

Yes it is. Good shops and dealers will report every service. Carfax tracks these and they can be seen when it is pulled. Ensuring maximum resale value. Carfax also issues a "well maintained vehicle badge".

A dealership not doing so if nothing short of BS. Worse them not being able to tell a customer if they do is shameful.

What I only recently learned is that you can track your own carfax though their site or the mycarfax app. You can also add service records and upload receipts to prove it. It's free.

Got another load on to dump in the AM. Last of the terlot room clean out and two large chairs destroyed by the cats. Normally I burn this shit, but I'm celebrating earth day early and don't have an old couch and a couple PCB transformers to throw on the burn pile.

Nice! Wish SSO would make both @RallySOP (Tom) and myself one with a 2" receiver tube. We'd both drop a :spending: on one in a heartbeat! Hint, hint, SSO Off Road.
