    I really can't think of anythin' so egregious as to limit one's freedom of speech. Sure, if it's name callin' or derogatory remarks that's fair ball to be reprimanded. Then if one's persists so be it & face the consequences. I did however read the COC & agreed to it so I guess either way a ban or a ban in this World.

    I get why there has to be rules or else things can deteriorate quickly. That being said I find it interesting that there is no room for any political humor or general discussion. Like you said though, we agreed to the COC. I just hope they let Josh back in less than 30 days.

    Agreed. But say for example I was to say I attended two memorial services for victims that were murdered aboard Flight 752. (which i did) Would that be considered a political statement?

    COC rules are pretty simple to follow, and posting political banter is frowned upon. It never ends well, that is a proven fact. I gave three members a 30 day vacation for the same thing today, over oil production and politics, and of course the arguing is what brought us to the thread.

    We don't like banning people...well most people. Hopefully Beretta4x4 (Josh) comes back and understands the simple mistake, claims ignorance, laugh's, says the typical "fuck those mods" and moves on.

    Josh isn't coming back early, and I hope he doesn't attempt a duplicate account. That will earn him another 30 days or a perma.

    No, as long as YOU don't bring politics into the conversation. It happened, this is horrible (sorry for your personal loss), and that is all that needs to be discussed about it. We don't need to dishonor the fallen by disgracing them with arguing about things on the big scale we have no control over.

    TacomaWorld is a bad ass site, and the members are the best. I've seen some amazing stuff happen when people pull together.
