    We had a handful on the caravan from Auburn. Naturally the ham frequencies worked well but the CBs were cacklecrackling too. But I like your idea that maybe we make an effort to coordinate better. I bet most of us can hit the Paxton MA repeater and @m603holden appears to be looking at a new GMRS rig or maybe towing a long wire.

    Hey team awesome:

    @crashngiggles
    @LivinLoud
    @Blais03
    @Sr5_Tacoma
    @DrFunker

    What do you guys think about having some “scheduled” breakout sessions or demos of some sort. Thinking out loud, perhaps the meet starts and there is a gathering and food etc. At some point, there is a schedule of “showcase events” such as:
    1) Lifts & Tires
    2) Electrical
    3) Chopped
    4) Winches and Recovery
    5) Camping
    6) Trail comms
    7) Engine/Powertrain & Exhausts
    Etc.

    Conceptually I see this run “conference like” with a few “stations” where a couple drivers prepare and discuss their stations approach’s and anybody interested in the topic(s) chose the “session” that mosts interests them to explore.

    Because there are also food/vendors/raffle/comrades/etc. also vying for time, I’d see this as having a scheduled start/end.

    I’m willing to make an attempt to coordinate, solicit ideas and facilitate.

    Roko is for sure on our list to contact. Those guys are awesome! We haven’t put out feelers to vendors yet, but we are close to doing so! Still early

    This is a great idea, but unfortunately with time constraints, area of space, and to fit it in with the other stuff we have planned, something like this would not be possible this year. I definitely like the idea and if we integrate it into future events, we can put you in charge of that area.....:thumbsup:

    Got it. Not surprising. Next time perhaps. Thanks for the quick decision.

    It’s an awesome idea but it would take a lot of time and we only have the
    Venue for so long. Next time we’ll plan ahead for it. It is a great idea
