I'm not saying the bushings are bad, I'm saying the whole dropping your engine 1" and causing me all sorts of headaches thing is bad.

And don't tell me they raised your engine. BS. I measured with the stock mounts and the TG mounts back to back and there's no question it drops your engine.

Fuck TG bombproof mounts. I even have the perfect picture to summarize my thoughts.

That's not a serious questions, is it?

Those look nice, but will cause you quite a bit more work to install than a standard motor mount job being you need to remove the brackets off the engine.

keep up with the times man

    Lol they did raise mine!!

But I have cast iron brackets vs the stamped ones you have. I think that is the difference.

I'm still calling BS until I see this same measurement

    It's ~4.5" stock.

Cool. I'm reusing them for the single cab. So will measure it.

Started mocking up my new Satoshi style grill. Not sure if I want to leave it this color, go with factory paint match, or paint it Black. Gonna need to see what it looks like on the truck at some point.

I know we're past the bi-monthly LBJ bolt revue (now with Alternate Fastener Facts™) but has anyone thought to drill the bolt heads and safety wire em like you'd do on a bike, race vehicle, or airplane?

Seems like unnecessary work when lock tight and proper torque do fine.
    But that’s me

You can buy the bolts pre drilled, only work is the safety wire and then when you need to remove em you don't have to fight anything but the proper torque.
