which really stinks, because when i bot my truck that is the area i was located at the time
its where i put on the 1st 1000+ miles and first oil change on my truck smoothly breaking it in and all that jazzy jazz
it has history there

 

i can still 'like' and 'unlike' posts in there

 

i could 'push the limits' if that is what you need for me to do

the cold was harsh on the Des Moines area, the news here said there were quite a number of water main issues

 

-13 actual air temp here right now. So says my phone app.

 

Morning ya buncha brain bustin' buffoons.

We hit 50 yesterday and 50 today supposedly. I'm not gonna complain at all.
Or better said, y'all that have been in that cold ass climate and had to park outside, what are most typical issues of cold besides dead battery? Anything really?

+13 or +7 (on google weather) at this morning on the MO river

 

waiting for the heater to kick into gear, scraping ice or frost
frozen doors/windows if washed the day before!

 

Mostly just that everything is cold. Clutch can stick sometimes until it warms up.

 

I imagine especially with newer vehicles, there is less and less issues.
Yeah it seems main issues are more on the 'operator' and operator error type stuff
