    So...today was my last 'free' dealership service.
    Several months ago I went in for a tire rotation, marked a tire, nothing was rotated. So I called the service mgr gal and (nicely) told her they were not rotated. She gave me the "sometimes they don't need rotated but the guys are suppose to tell me so I can let the customer know", crap. Whatever...I was pleasant and moved on.
    Fast forward to today...I'm not usually 'that guy' but we've had some pretty hairy experiences with this particular service department in the past. I marked a tire with a Sharpie, service was done in about 12 minutes (o_O huge red flag, this ain't a Nascar pit crew), drove down the road and guess what? No rotation was done. Called the gal, was very nice, and told her what happened. I told her I wouldn't be back and that I was just letting her know in case she wanted to follow up on it. Also told her that we recently purchased a new car and the reason we chose Honda over Toyota was because of the service department. (Not true, but who gives a shit).
    Anyhow, I had a couple of major temper tantrums there in the past (with good reason), so now I'll seek service elsewhere.
    And yes, I know I should do it myself but I just ain't feelin it. I guess I'd rather bitch about it.
