Yea this local place offers 20 meals/week for $150/week and delivers it to the gym for you to pick up. If I was rich, I would lol. Lazy or not. Who cares. Making life easier and thinking less is always nice IMO. I’ll get a nutritionist and learn like y’all did and figure it out from there at some point.

Did day one of the yellow sheet tonight and then 10 minutes treadmill and 20 minutes (+5 for cool down) on the bike with a target HR of 150.
The pec fly should probably be 60 lbs, I was very shaky at the end of the 4th set.
On the plus side the gym was almost empty, no more than 7 people inside not counting employees.

The wife and I stayed in for Valentine’s Day and cooked enchiladas (weird pregnancy craving for her). We also made banana pudding the night before and let it chill overnight/all day. I was looking forward to it all day. Thought I would be nice and brought donuts in to the office and ended up eating 2. Made it most of the day with room to spare for our enchiladas and pudding cheat meal but then my wife Surprised me with a 30ct valentine’s nugget from Chick Fil A when I got home, and I of course ate them all. Then I still threw down on the enchiladas and pudding and almost instantly had the urge to go throw up. Luckily, it was delicious going both ways:cookiemonster:

    Holy shit.
My grocery budget for two grown men is $500/mo. Which includes toiletries.

My wife and I probably spend about $150 every week and a half on groceries. Buy in bulk and buy cheap. We rarely eat out or buy food during the day.

Yep. Same here. We go out maybe twice a month. Meal prep for all food no going out for lunch.

Also for the red meat fans, I suggest finding someone who does cattle. I can get 1/4 or a 1/2 grass fed cow that comes out to $3lb for everything.

So is CrossFit still a joke if even strong dudes say it’s hard?
