    I'm probably in sometime!

I've had a lot of suspension set ups. The only thing I'd change about my current set up is the rear shock relo is the Bamf kit for 2.0" diameter shocks. I wish I would have gotten one that I could smash 2.5" diameters under, but they still are so smooth it is insane. The 4runner wasn't this smooth and I had it on coils.

King is 900% worth the price tag. I know ADS is a close contender. I don't have experience with them though. I wasn't a huge fan of my Icon set up on my 4runner and it was insane.

I swapped this set up for ordinary 8" kings and actually liked it better...

I won't do business with Icon again. Old truck, the day after putting them on after a fresh rebuild both shafts collapsed and left me stranded in the high school parking lot when everyone was trying to leave. They wouldn't warranty their work...

Got Foxs rn, like 'em a lot, good customer service too. Excited to try the kings sitting in my closet

My dad had foxes on his side by side and I actually love them. Great shocks and they stand by their product.

For sure. Broke the shaft on one of theirs once and they paid to get it towed as well as rebuilt the shock for free. Love those folks. If I didn't get such a good deal on these kings would've gone back to Fox for sure

Unfortunately I've heard from multiple first gen tundra owners that fox didn't design their shocks right for my application. Seems Bilstein didn't either with their 6112s. I really wanted those billies for my tundra. But they don't recommend using em for more than. 1 inch lift on RC and AC. DC can set em any height. The issue with the Fox's is they fuck with the brake lines and basically require you to swap some parts. So when the time comes I'll be going with Kings for sure.

I almost bought a first gen tundra when I bought this truck. The deciding factor was the lack of aftermarket support. Still my favorite truck out there.

Yeah it's limited compared to Tacomas that's for sure. But for me it was the right move

Everytime I pass a 3rd gen taco on the road I chuckle to myself and think "you fool, you could have had it all for pennies on the dollar!"

I test drove 2017's when I bought this and I liked the 2014 way more. I liked both, but it just felt right. Potentially because I was used to the engine from the 2007 I had and the 2014 4runner.

I have a 2003 Tundra my uncle gave me as payment to drive 13 hours and deliver him a 2013 Tundra. They are really nice trucks. Sucks that the 2UZ-FE has such a complicated timing belt procedure but it's a really smooth engine. I averaged 20mpg on the drive back although it is a 2WD extended cab. Interior is slightly cheaper than say a 4Runner of the same trim but it's not terrible. Currently fixing the truck up to give to my brother, since the buyer I had lined up bailed on me.

You're coming to HF and you live in San Angelo? You mind TW expressing something for me? Would save me the trip from Hidden Falls to San Angelo to Kerrville Sunday. I have a OEM tow hook for a guy on the tundra forum in San Angelo
