Unusual qi charging problem

Unlike most people on the form I actually use my wireless charging a lot and it works... well, worked... good. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and it was charging it just fine till randomly it doesn’t anymore. But it still charges my fiancé’s 11 max (not pro). I haven’t dropped my phone, no water damage, just doesn’t charge. But the orange light comes on when I set it on the mat. This happened to anyone else?

 

Have you tried your phone with another wireless charger?

Don’t have one. But next time I’m around one I will try.

Yeah If it still works on your girls phone, then more than likely it's your phone.

 

Maybe a stupid question, but you didnt just put a new case on the phone did you? My Note 10+ wont charge wirelessly at all now that i put an Armadillotek case on it.

 

Do you and your female companion have the same case on your phone?

 

power off/on the phone and try it, have to do this with wire charge in mine

 

I looked here a bit and I am not sure....looking for confirmation. Wife got a iPhone 10x with a cover/case. Works fine in her Mercedes wireless charger, but not in the Tacoma. Works fine without the case, so that sort of solves the issue. My question is: are there cases for a 10x which will allow the Tacoma wireless charging?
