Are those OEM wheels painted black? They look great!

 

not leds, those are the daytime running light leds

 

Did you get the stock wheels powder coated?

 

Guessing more likely they have the vinyl stickers on that you can get from around here. Put them on my Sport wheels and looks much better!

 

They are still kinda shiny and look more gray in the inside. I pretty much assumed the same. The decals were meh. Good to use to see how things look all black before you paint or dip your wheels. Mine didn’t really last though. Had lots of rock chips after a couple months on mine.

 

Strange. As I said I put mine on my Sport wheels, which I use as my winter wheels (have T4R Pro wheels for summer) in pretty harsh, salty, and cold MN winters, and they've held up great from last and this (so far) winter.

 

Yeah, I’ve seen/heard lots have much better luck then I did. We also have a lot of gravel trucks and chip seal our roads in places.

Got the bumper mounted up finally.

 

I got the painted bumper caps off eBay for $117. They are great. Perfect fit, color is very close! Took about 20 minutes to install. Much less hassle than any other option I’ve seen.

 

Pretty decent match, especially for the price!

 

Are they covers that go over the top or do you actually replace the existing? (Did you have to take your chrome ones off first?)

 

They actually replace the chrome caps and use the existing tabs so yes took the chrome ones off first.
