Properly programmed and executed CrossFit is legit. However that’s usually not the case.

The idea of CrossFit, IMO, is awesome and right up my alley. The execution, with repetitive technical lifts and crap like flailing pull ups, is a recipe for injury and not for me.

    That's my take.

Really though, what could go wrong while doing complex Olympic lifts as fast as possible for multiple reps?...

    LOL
We are moving to all organic, pasture raised meats and eggs.

$1k a month is still insane XD

Do you guys order whole chickens?
Pasture raised chicken is just hard for us to find at a reasonable cost.

Yea, we live an expensive lifestyle. There's no doubt. All organic and wild and grass fed, free range, etc now. We only eat meat and rice/potatoes, eggs and oats.

No whole chicken, just breast usually.

You know it really all depends if you can get bulk animals going pasture raised and organic is really not expensive. Its just a matter of upfronting $1,500 worth of meat and storing it.
But I don’t think its that expensive and lavish. I’m a cheap bastard. I don’t have wifi because I think its a rip off. But I’ll eat grassfed beef LOL.

Its where you spend your money and where your priorities are too.

I can’t find pasture raised chicken in bulk thats anything other than whole chickens at $5/lb

True in any aspect of life. People think I'm nuts spending $100 for 3 pieces of metal I throw at the wall or dropping thousands a year on concerts..

I’m gonna be pissed if that’s the trick because I would’ve put it down a long time ago.

Cardio tonight, decided to do bike and then next cardio day will be a mix of treadmill and stair machine.
The first 5 minutes felt good, sucked until 30 minutes and then felt good until the last 5 minutes, the last 5 always drag.
    Target HR 153, 13.3 miles.
