Snakes don't bother me either which is kind of odd considering snakes are one thing humans are innately afraid of before we really learn to 'fear' anything.
I mean I won't go out of my way to get close to a poisonous one but a harmless garden snake or something is completely fine to be around me

Yeah I have a snake, and have had several as pets so they don't bother me any at all.

A rattler though in the desert is a whole different story; 1 those mother fuckers are aggressive, and will put you down real quick (hemotoxin) and 2 if you're in the desert, I'm guessing help is a long way away

Yeah you can hear those fuckers rattling all around you in the summer out here when going on most of the trails in the area. Definitely don't want to go wandering into brush to take a leak lol
