Yeah that sounds like a lot. But the price you paid for the seats themselves is much more reasonable than I thought they would've been. Freight sucks but it's just the price we pay to play. Nice find man:cool:

Yes indeed. Piles of snow make funny noises as they float down the river.

What a useful shell man. I wouldn't complain if I ran into one of those for a hundred bucks :D

I feel like I stole it at 200. Aside from the sheer uncool looks of it, it's incredibly useful. And light.

I had to check craigslist regularly for like 6 months before I found one and managed to snag it before someone else. New they're like $2k.

No way! You did steal it at that price, wow man. I agree, the utility of it is far greater then any uncool look some might think it has.
Know what looks cool to me? A truck that's set up and built to actually do work... But we all have different wants or needs out of our tacos. But mine are similar to yours it looks like:cool::D

In the last couple of weekends my Tacoma has received some serious attention. Didnt take pics of everything. I just get to excited and forget to document for TW. 20200208_091759.jpg
After having my ARE DCU cap on the truck for 5 months, the rear started to sag with the added weight. My truck had lift shackles before this upgrade. Bilstein 5100 and Pro Comp 2" AAL. I have also replaced the transmission mount, Walker Sound FX cat back exhaust, downstream O2 sensor, K&N air filter and power steering fluid flush.20200209_094150.jpg I still need to get some replacement Bumpstops and a lift bracket for the LSBV.

20200209_104135.jpg As of today it is a happy Tacoma with an even happier owner.:D

Man a few of you guys have awesome shells on your tacos. Looking good hermano.
Keep an eye on the front CV axle boots. After being lifted they like to start splitting. Just a heads up. May not even be an issue, just in case kinda thing:cool:

    I looked, they won't :(

I ended up with one from a ranger. Its an inch short and a little wide at the front, but with some creative application of garage door seal, its fine.

I believe it. Its so wet out there. I'm pretty sure we're gonna have more flooding this year, there's already so much water out there. All up and down the river there are things that are flooded that I don't remember being flooded before.

Lol, yep and it's not even noticeable in the pics. So that means it's an option for me then if the price is right :D thanks for the heads up on the ranger shell

Speaking of shells, can I interest anyone in a minty fresh 1st Gen fiberglass shell, been on the truck since day one, pretty sure it hasn't been off in 23 years. Keeps everything dry, Eastern WA and North Idaho area.

I have had them on for about a week now and they ride amazing. I went to a spring shop to get a quote for new leaf springs and they suggested an AAL. Off to 4Wheel Parts I went. Couldnt be happier with the overall ride. Now I just need to get a set of 5100 for the front and remove the spacer lift.
