    I fabricate shit well enough that I figure I could make a frame if it ever came down to it. It's such a simple design on these trucks has hardly any curves and only a couple ladder rungs.

    @BartMaster1234 Id say it cleaned up pretty well. I had to take 800 & 1500 grit paper to it followed by Mothers plastic polish just like you would a headlight.

    That's exactly what I want. Though I've thought about rebuilding the IFS section beefier too since the shock buckets are kinda thin. But I have another solution for that.

    Sounds like a fun saturday afternoon.

    Ive got my frame down to only having 2 rusty spots, and their impossible to fix. Up inside the coil buckets behind the coilover. I can see in there with a flashlight, its all crusty. I just emptied a half can of Fluid film in each side and hoped for the best.
