Your springs are ready for pickup. Bushings look fine and no problems with flex.

Overall gain on lift about 1.5 inches which is what I was shooting for with my new ones. Main thing is the 1200lb capacity which will start getting a workout in the future.

Tip of the day. When installing drop the springs in the center hole on the axle. Then use a ratchet strap to move the axle forward and bring the front bushing in place for bolting in. Then snug the springs down with your flip kit so they don't move. Then connect up the rear shackle bushing. Wish I had thought of that when I did the first one.

Yeah, I remember when he picked those up. I wonder why he disappeared so abruptly? I've found them for $667 shipped, but was looking for someone who had some to offload for a little cheaper.

You could probably get a toy or BB gun that would work. They are usually exact scale.

Damn, I totally forgot to call my buddy, been busy trying to buy a new vehicle. If that toy gun doesn't work out, let me know and I'll get the training gun from him.

No problem man... I need to get to a point where I am making enough holsters to have a collection of fake guns anyway... Maybe this is my start

You wet form your sheaths? I made leather knife sheaths for a few years. Wrapped the blade in saran wrap and wet formed the sheath around it. Got any pics of your work?

just call 911 and tell them, some douche bag parked in my handicap parking spot and now I have to park in the back where no one is so I have enough room to get out.

they don't know rather or not you're handicap and you don't have to wait around for them to show up. Golds on 280 probably has a cop a quarter of a mile away at all times.
