would be tub is necessary or just those things i have done beating the pinch weld and firewall and might have to do more lol depends where its gonna rub, cut the fenders all around 2.5" then took off the liners when the tires are on ill bring it to a local shop for a CMC so they know how much they have to cut.

 

@srspicer thanks. I have no idea why the images loaded multiple times. They only showed one time when I previewed and only show once when i go to delete the multiples. Maybe I'll figure out what's going on.

 

When that happens to me, I go back and edit the post until it is the way I intended.

good eye, they are not Trail Grapplers, I just dumped my Terra Grapplers, second gen TG’s ....couldn’t get em right, I loved my old TG’s.....but now.... Expo Grapplers.

 

Yes! You are right. I’m not sure why I called them trail grapplers. I couldn’t make my second gen Terra Grapplers balance. I miss my first gen TG’s.

It's honestly my first attempt at welding but I feel as if the cab mount isn't a substantial structural component, making it an easy first diy with a large acceptable margin of error. I have alot of room for improvement and find it pretty fun!

 

As part of my audio system upgrade, I'm thinking about upgrading my steering wheel to get the extra functionality with the new head unit. I like the Highlander steering wheel.


I'm going to use the Maestro RR for steering wheel controls. One idea I have is to program the DISP menu up & down to control the bass volume. That way I won't need a bass knob.

Whelp, yet again I worked on the lady's 4runner. Bought some brand new 275 70r 17 falken wildpeak at3ws from a dude off craigslist. Fitted them to her TRD pro wheels with spidertrax spacers, had to trim a ton out, and it will need a body mount chop. I told her it wouldnt if we ditch the spacers, but that's what she wants....

Ok I hate my suspension now even tho it just had its first rebuild this summer and didnt need much despite its age and stockness and how much I hammer it and um, ahem, I kind of wrecked it pretty good in an accident...
