    Gave the wife a night off with friends and dealt with a very fussy baby for a few hours before putting him to sleep finally and popping this open. They're super over carbonated, and it kind of takes away from the flavor too

    Yeah, should be good for several kegs even if both carbonating and pouring. Like at least 6 or more. My first fill of my 10 lb tank ran for over 2 years, prolly about 20 kegs, give or take.

    Monday Night Garage Tears of My Enemies VIP release party yesterday! 4 variants and a really well thought out release party. They had a table set up for each variant, with snacks tailored to each bottle.

    TOME is Monday Night’s barrel aged milk stout. Each variant was aged in a different barrel. Rum, Apple Brandy, Bourbon, and the VIP bottle was Maple Cognac.

    Also swung by Orpheus for some of their Vanilla Stouts All The Way Down series. This series was done with different varieties of vanilla. Indonesian, Ugandan, and Mexican. Indonesian was my favorite, but Mexican was a close second. Ended up getting a couple of the last Mexican variant bottles.

    Hit Pontoon on the way home to trade some bottles and tried to get a taste of their newly released BA Red Velvet Brownie Batter stout... But the key had already kicked, but did manage a bottle thanks to the owner! Also scored a bottle of Wolf Pack stout and Wolf Pack Rocky Road variant.

    Kicking back tonight with a little Prairie Bourbon Paradise. First time trying it and it def lives up to the hype!

    Went by the brew supply shop today for ingredients. So easy to spend money there. Picked up a 7 gallon Anvil stainless conical bucket fermentor. One less plastic item to scratch. Seems like some grape juice followed me home as well. Everyone says that wine is easier than beer, we shall see.
