So now I have resorted to online forums to try and track down what I need. This total bull shit and stupid as fuck. I’m hoping we got some people on here that know more then google. Google is stupid as fuck when it comes to 4 bulb kits. I got h1 bulbs . Please help. The internet is stupid sometimes.....

I don’t know a lot about what is avail for other HID systems but I installed mini H1’s for headlights and 2.5” bi-xenon fogs that are H11b. I’m curious, what is a 4 bulb hid kit that you are looking for? Is it a set of 4 replacement bulbs at a discount? And yeah sometimes my fucking google is stupid as shit too so these forums are great for a personal response that hopefully google can learn from eventually.

Tacoma's have come with a "single" bulb(high and low function) setup their entire life (even the 2020's). Aftermarket housings may give you a dual projector setup but you will have to figure out how to make it work. the housing should come with instructions or diagrams for what goes where.

    95-97 had the sealed beam
98-04 had housings with the H4/9003

Google is only as smart as the person searching.... after all, it's code written by people.

    Internet is stupid.
Resorts to internet to find answer.

Maybe look at your headlight housing and see what bulb it calls for and get the appropriate bulb.

Stock housing has one bulb. How would anyone magically know what bulb size you need without providing any sort of additional information or housing you have other than cursing and saying the internet is stupid?

OP, it appears you observed your bulbs are of the H1 type, and that you are seeking a quantity of four of them. If my understanding is correct, you might consider perusing the online inventories of the bulbs of this specification at sites such as theretrofitsource.com, morimoto.com, or perhaps Amazon and the like.

@ogBIGKILLA it sounds like you bought some of the off the shelf projector housings like these:

The main headlight is a projector (not a very good one). The other spot is not a projector, and is meant to be a halogen high beam.
The issue with this is that the stock tacoma uses a single bulb for high and low beam. I can't remember if these headlights have a way to separate this, but I believe you have to custom wire it to work like stock.
You will not find a "4 bulb kit" because that is not a thing. Saying google is "stupid as fuck" is not correct either. Google only works if you know key words related to what you are looking for. Just saying "4 bulb kit" is not specific enough. There are a lot of different types of bulbs. In this case you need a set of HID bulbs with ballasts/igniters. As well as an extra set of bulbs to run your high beams.
There are other ways to set up these headlights, but once you get into all of this, you would be better off with a headlight retrofit. The quality of the projector and reflector in these makes them not really worth it.
