Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
That's a little different than I've seen on most. I thought the rollers usually go inside and a plate on the outside but never installed one so could be wrong. So the other ones just have a guide plate and no rollers? Love the bumper but I agree. Sticks out too far.

I really like your bumper. I’ve been considering getting one myself, but I’m a little hesitate to cut my truck. Still, there have been a few times in the last year when having a winch would have been helpful. Still on the fence but really like your setup.

Correct. The plate you've seen on the outside is called a "Hawse" fairlead. Mine is a "roller" fairlead. The hawse ones are great because they are slim and don't stick out. Good for synthetic rope.

Me having steel rope, a roller fairlead is recommended.

    Here are some other examples.

How did you layout your cut line?

Yeah, some 2" pvc and heavy wall 2" strut clamps would make a good rod holders. My bet mat needs to be able to come out to clean (dogs) or I would have ran them down to the floor. After looking underneath the bed, if mine get loose I'll just run some toggle bolts with fender washers into the side. There's ample space.

I probably should have, but I wanted a full size spare to match my set and wanted the same tire Falken wildpeak At3w. I didn’t see a smaller tire on there website.

that’s the incorrect fair lead for synthetic line, I’ve see it pinched in between the rollers and snap.

Yeah I've heard that as well. Mine is steel cable, roller fairlead.

This is the type of Fairlead you need for synthetic line, plus this mount is straight badass because it keeps the thimble out of the rocks or dirt.

I’ve seen it happen 2 times in a row on a high angle pull. Actually had to take my Fairlead off and mount it to the guys rig to get it out. It cut so much of the line that we almost didn’t have enough for the pull even with a long strap.
