I’ve had my fluid temp light come on twice due to ignorance, still going strong at 285k

It's not like you hear about cooked A340Fs all the time. However, I do hear about people cooking their clutches quite often.

hubs?

 

Stalling is just clutch control. Also regearing helps a lot. Just like on an auto it helps. With 5.29s I rarely ever get stalled. Sucker just goes over shit.

Wheel going wise...I....don't see how that matters what tranny you have..

Replacing a burned up tranny, torque converter, or flexplate also sucks. Fixing to do that myself because my tranny is slipping badly.

 

Talk about stirring the pot.

I'll let the manual hub guys tell me how their weaker CVs are superior while we're stopping and waiting for them to engage their stupid hubs.

You lock your hubs when you air down... and unlock them when you air back up.
