I just used the brackets that came with the lights themselves. I don’t have any pics handy but I can snag some tomorrow.

You guys were scrutinized for using force until the threat is neutralized, sheesh that's crazy. To me the only argument there is, is police officers are trained to neutralize the threat not play Johnny you got the best shot why don't you take it, strategy. There is not excessive force unless some sicko shoots him while he's laying dead in the street after the fact. That shit happens too fast and it isn't like he had a hostage or anything.

I laughed at the autopsy like about the ME not being able to determine how many hit him. But that goes to show you may need to take a look at the carry ammo if ya'll are getting a lot of pass throughs don't want that shit going in and out of bad guy then into grandma sofia, or not being effective enough at stopping said bad guy.

Chevy trucks there was a TSB out that they would get stuck in the diff and stub extension housing. We had to take the front diff down take it apart and hit it from the inside to get them out. Factory C-clips were too loose and would flop down then get bent by the spider gears and not rest in the groove properly so they were stuck. It was fun taking the whole damn truck apart just to change the axle seals which were updated and wouldn't leak. I don't miss working on shit everyday, so nice to pick and choose and make others deal with PITA stuff if I don't want too.

Installed my new diode dynamics sport ss3 fog lights. They’re SAE compliant, so Road legal. Damn they have a great output.

    Only fogs

How are the aesthetics of those lights? Looking at pics they just look meh compared to BD or Rigid.

They look very similar to the BD squadron line. I don’t have anything against how they look personally

I was looking at the finish and outer ring, in the pics it doesn't look as refined. But not seeing any in person it's hard to tell. To be fair BD IMO is a little more refined than Rigid.

I remember the day we got a van because "things were moving fast" I wish I put a Toyota parts clause in the prenup. I didn't know any better. Learn from my mistakes, man. :D

I mean the Baja is a little shinier....but the DD look legit as hell, maybe more of a matte finish compared to BD. Overall build quality is on par. And light output plus SAE make it a fucking beast. As long as the black doesn't fade and the output stays the same, the DD are a keeper.

I agree. The cooling fins on the back were pretty wild too. I've never seen any like it before.

I wasn't saying anything about the output that is definitely good to go. More just looks appearance wise. Pics can only convey so much.

Yeah those fins are out of a sci-fi movie

I know you weren't I am just adding that the output is part of the total criteria. Why I led with the aesthetics first. Fact is the appearance is pretty good and minimalist minus the finish isnt as flashy or maybe refined as BD

Having seen the aftermath, I think the ME's difficultly was due to the amount of damage making it hard to determine entry/exit and number of actual rounds he took.

He initially pointed the rifle and began firing when he was still in the truck, prompting the police solution. As rounds were flying, he exited the truck and ended up collapsing near the front wheel. Causing bullets to enter from multiple different directions.

He crashed into the front of an alteration business. My buddy pulled the shop owner out the broken front window. He was sitting at a sewing machine when all hell broke loose and bullets started shredding through his business all around him.

Added trail toys fuel tank skid plate today. More of a pain in the ass than I anticipated, but it’s on there!
