You will be able to fit the 265/75/16's, but not the 255/85/16's. Those 255's are a 33" tire. you will need a 3" lift.

this all depends on how much cutting you are willing to do right now im running a 2.25inch lift but with my bumper and winch its more like a 1 inch or less lift, im running 285/75/r16 and have zero rub at full turn with full compression of the suspension sitting on the bump stop. I was willing to cut whatever it took including i clearanced my body mount, this is really easy if you have any metal fab skills.

im at 4" of lift with 255/85/16 and either need to alter my caster or just get the cab mount chop because its the right thing to do...otherwise not problems yet

go with the 265/75/r16's. anything much bigger will require tons of cutting. I'm rockin 5100s + eibachs for about a 2.5" lift, and 265/75/r16s, love it.

Nope, 3" lift, trimming, and possible cab mount chop to fit those.
