Well Bruce is gone now too. I'd hate to see Dumba go, he's having a down year offensively but he's young and sound defensively and seems like someone worth keeping

I can't remember though I think Minne had a side deal with Vegas anyways. Most teams knew who Vegas was taking long before the draft and decided what to do after knowing what Vegas wanted.

Funny that Kane lost his shit on the department of player safety. I kind of agree with him though the the department of player safety has been inconsistent at best. I wonder if some sort of committee or arbitration wouldn't be a better way to make the suspensions more consistent.

 

As a sharks fan, he lifted his elbow. But I totally agree on the inconsistency, though this is nothing new and I highly doubt anything will ever change. There's a reason for the inconsistency, that's how the nhl wants it. If they had an outside unit they couldn't control who gets what. I can see them having some sort of impartial unit deal out punishments, but only to those who are brought in, which means only those the nhl wants suspended.

Doubt it. Campbell is a great backup. I don't think he's proven to be a go to guy at all in his
Career yet. If he can play 25-30 games I'd be happy because he's been great.
When the games get tough I think you live and die with Fred no question. But also good to see the first time in his 4 years someone is legit pushing him

I honestly think Campbell can be a split-duty type of guy. Not that Toronto needs that, since Andersen is a very good #1. But Campbell should serve as a good of a back-up as they could have, in my opinion.

The way the Kings have looked the last couple seasons, no goalie is going to have a chance to look solid. Quick still has games where he looks amazing (like the outdoor game) but there is no way that his overall game has dropped off to reflect where his stats are, currently. And I think that goes for Campbell too.
