All of today’s pic on wife’s phone since she had the waterproof case.
Snorkeled in two different spots today closer to the Belizean Reef. Each of of us pulled 1-2 Conch and our guide speared some Snapper to add. Ceviche made and consumed right on the boat while watching the waves crash on the reef under crystal clear water with Rum punch!
Did not disappoint!!!

Spent the early afternoon reading by the pool. Now trying to figure out which way to walk on the beach to find dinner.

Peppers, onion, tomato and cilantro. Shared with guide and almost all gone before we pulled anchor.

 

While looking for Conch, was surprised by two Nurse Sharks and a Stingray. Sharks couldn’t care less about our presence but the Stingray wasn’t altogether pleased that we were fucking around while he tried to sleep. Needless to say we kept our distance. Even got to swim with a Sea Turtle and some Squid!

 

I know. That's the point/problem.

If you EVER come here and want the best water experience possible he is THE GUY! Comes right to your dock! We walk about 25 yards from our front door to his boat.
Runs his own boat and takes no more than eight out at a time. Will take people out for snorkeling, fishing, including deep sea fishing beyond the reef and will guide for spear fishing as well. Even takes people out on late night snorkeling tours. Says the ocean comes alive with an entirely different group of sea life including octopus. Trying to convince the others we might need to do that while we’re here!
