You can program it to hold up to like 5 rfid tags. You can always make it so the only one that will open it is the bracelet that you wear for that extra security

Remember that security is only half the equation. Education is the other half.
I fucked up and left a gun out because my wife was rushing me out of the house for a shopping trip. Got back and had forgotten about. 4y/o son goes up to our bedroom to watch tv while we make dinner. After dinner I see the gun in the bed next to where he would have been sitting.
I asked him if he touched it. He said no. Not sure if I believed him so I pressed further, at which point he looked at me like I was stupid and replied “No Daddy. Eddie Eagle says not to touch guns.”

So it well could be that an NRA VHS tape saved my sons life from my carelessness. I normally kept them locked up. Only takes one moment of inattention.

Yup.... panic situation... same goes with mechanical

out of sight and out of mind! education for kids

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ THIS IS EDUCATION AT ITS BEST!!!! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I've done scenarios with my kids and neighbors in which my kids come home; see a gun laying in the driveway that I had placed there and they go and seek adult intervention. Early exposure and right upbringing makes all the difference; both boys had been getting range time since age 3.

Rode out from the mountains into Alexandria and then Ffx City and back out west. Lots of bikes out today.

I used to ride year round. I mean heated gear makes it nice, but I'm not sure I could do it again. I'd ride up to the first road salting then put it away till it all washed away.

So much I want to say, but going to leave it alone.

Edit: That getup that @EatSleepTacos posted seems spot on to a point. I don’t wear jewelry, so an issue with the wristband would be a problem for me. As for the tag.. Doable I guess.

Coldest I have ridden in was 14f I think. I was fine but my face shield would freeze up from the condensation. I looked into a snowmobile helmet with heated or dual pane faceshields but never followed through.

I love my old widder vest and gloves

Talking guns is like talking politics. Everyone has their own opinion and reasons; and it's definitely OK to have different views.

You definitely win. I know I rode in the mid 20s and that was cold. I had a heater Corbin seat that could burn your butt through three layers on a normal day. I had it cranked that day.
