I don't watch nascar very often. Daytona 500 is on right now. No Toyota in the top 30

 

Anybody know the bolt size of the intake manifold studs for the plastic part of the plenum? The interwebz are not helping.

Ever add up everything for the parts you need for maintenance and come up over 2,000?

 

Depends on what you're qualifying as maintenance. My regear, lockers, all new bearings and seals, which could be classified as maintenance to prolong the life of the driveline from excessive stress. That was well over $3k

 

Nothing really fun like that. Full brakes all around, New shocks and struts, Timing, water pump, oil pump, Thermostat and hoses, body mount bushings, etc. Got the U-bolt flip and bump kit coming from Wheelers, so I guess that'll be the fun purchase.

I did get a set of the 3degree exhaust cams from mightytacoman. Figured since I was going to open up the front of the motor I might as well fiddle with something while I was in there.

 

Yea I have body mount bushings to do as well. I've had to do full brakes before on the truck and it's pricey. Did the coolant bypass tube over the summer along with tstat, related gaskets, intake plenum gasket, and some o-rings for the fuel pressure regulator and fuel injection pulsation damper. That was mostly time more than money that one cost me

They have a nice set of Michelin LTX tires with 80% tread left.
I want to throw the stock 16s back on with some 265s for now
