Plenty of PMs brother, at the end "I will take them" doesn't constitute a sell obligation. This is not my first rodeo btw. I specifically posted a comment "first paypal inquiry will take them" and so it happened that way. The purchaser made payment 2 mins after I sent my info. I don't know what else to tell you.

 

I posted a firm “I’ll take it”, then PM’ed you for a total. You wanted to get a quote and said you’d follow up. I didn’t care how much shipping was, but I was dependent upon you to provide the shipping amount before I could send payment.
Then you made a few more posts and sold them to someone else. Not the classiest move but whatever.



Had the terms of same been clearly listed in the beginning (must ask for pp info = confirmed intent to buy) this wouldn’t be an issue.

 

It’s happened to plenty of us. Seller says they’ve answered all pms, but doesn’t follow up, and it’s sold without you even knowing. That pm tab is a mine field when you start buying and selling things. You win some, ya lose some, no reason to waste energy on it.

You didn't get it, then you didn't get it. Even if 100% of TW and world agrees that you were in the right it doesn't matter, the item is gone. And it's not like you're were scammed or anything so there is no punishment. At best you'll get an apology but is the apology from a anonymous stranger you will never meet on the internet really that important?
