earpod-tacoma.jpg Thought I'd try using the charger for Earpods since it doesn't charge phones very well. I wedged in two small wooden dowels to keep it from sliding around. I figure that I can just cover it with a cloth or papers when I leave them in the truck.

Has anyone else used it for this purpose? does it work well?

No. One weird thing that I've noticed is that the Qi charger worked awesome on my old Galaxy S4. Now I got a new Pixel 3XL and the Qi just hearts it up and barely charges it.

I smell another possible mod for MESO...an adapter that sits on top of the Qi charging pad to charge the most popular peripherals.

I've found that my iPhone 8 charges at probably 1/3 the rate (or perhaps even less) than it does plugged in. However, I've got a wireless charger at work that's no different that plugging it up.
