Thank you, I appreciate the valuable information. These little ones are going to live a long and good life here. Can’t wait to learn more about them.

So my birthday happens to fall near the first day of spring, I think a Sierra Nevada tour or two or three is in order.

Saw a police chase earlier. Someone in a beat up Kia smoked 2 CHP cars across the bay bridge. Flew by me like I was standing still while the CHP were patiently waiting for cars to move out of the way.

Thank goodness I was already across the bridge by the time that shit show happened. I saw a Dodge sedan almost take out the orange cans in between the tunnel bores at the Caldecott today though. It was hella close. He fishtailed it through the two lanes. I thought for sure we were all fucked. But he pulled through. I was hoping to see him pulled over later on down the road for karmic justice but the idiot got away.

I think this guy got away too. There were 2 cars chasing but I only saw one pulled over at an exit. Guy had quite a bit of separation and the cops were nowhere near his speed.

These days, they don’t chase unless it was a felony. For the most part, they’ll hang back and cleanup the shitshow rather than be the shitshow. The reasoning is if they go away, suspect will slow down and it will be safer for all.

    Besides, you’ll never outrun Motorola.

    Close calls are no fun.

I saw some dude in a Focus RS going down 17 Friday morning doing like 75 in the corners below Summit. He passed me like I was standing still. I saw him again about 5 minutes later near downtown Los Gatos pulled over.

Knew there was a reason I stayed home to clean carpets yesterday.

Only left for groceries and Logan’s Steakhouse.
