    my wife has fake breasts..

    they look, feel and move naturally, of course i can still tell they are fake though, but i have 0 complaints :)

    my only repeal to them is the scarring, its not bad, but you can still see it

    if you do it, spend the extra money and recovery time and get them put in through the belly button
