Yeah, can't say I'd pay $18K for a salvage title 145K mile 11 year old jobbie that is all custom body shenanigans. Hit a deer and ever try to stick on new exterior parts... you'd be up poop creek trying to re-invent that wheel!

    Maybe $6-8K if even?

Yea, I have very little time for a new Taco as it is. An old one would just get older, quicker.

Hey, while I'm here, since y'all helped before, any of you guys, or girls, not already affiliated with the NE Tacomaworld Express thread planning on heading anywhere near Auburn, Ma. https://goo.gl/maps/ojFMSzdEzQZoyczh9 ? Or between Pa and that vicinity?

I need to move 5 sets of mounted wheels & tires from there south to me in Md. Even if anyone can get them closer to say Philly would be a help.

    TIA!

I would have to agree. It seems though as Toyota is trying to make things right to stop or prevent any further rust and hopefully they continue to keep up with all the frame issues and can fix it for the future. Not sure if the dollar amount of spraying/fixing/replacing is x% amount of what it would cost to coat frames from the start at the factory but. That’s above my pay grade.

Your skate laces are too tight again G. :p

    1 tire + 1 wheel = 1 set
    5 tires + 5 wheels = 5 sets
    20 tires + 20 wheels = 20 sets

Are you going to help out with a leg of this run? I'm hoping I can get someone to meet me in Philly where the cheesesteak meet was. Then I can buy them lunch. Actually, I have a Softopper I need to get to @Bastek Seb in Staten Island but he said he would be willing to Escape From New York (see what I did there) and meet somewhere a little south of him. Philly is south of Staten Island. :D

So my little project for today was mount my new horns. I havent had a working horn in my trucks for a couple years now. Thing is I got it mounted but anything electric I have no clue. So this is where it stands now. Not wired up
