Snap, i thought it was the actual lower radiator hose. I need to find a PN for that one.

I've been meaning to investigate that PN for a few years now but keep forgetting because to rely on Toyota or Magnuson for a replacement on that lower hose is just asking for vehicle suicide via discontinuation. Lol.

Let me know if you find it Zipp. I will update page 1 as always with any new findings or part numbers.

This is the PN I have from my invoice when I purchased from SuperchargersOnline.com

I tried searching the PN elsewhere, but doesnt come up with anything.

That is their reference number, the hose should have a sticker or part number printed on it.

Thanks @12TRDTacoma and @zippsub9 and anyone else who chimed in. I replaced my sensor after seeing it intermittently start working properly when taking voltage readings. New sensor in today and pressure is behaving like it should.

Didn't bother checking calibration of old sensor at that point cause it's -15 deg C outside. Pressure gauge did what it should by alerting me to a problem. Only thing was the problem was the sensor itself lol. Not even three years and the sensor shit the bed.

Lower Radiator Hose is K1 in the installation instruction for the TRD kit. I am on hold with Tech Line getting the Toyota part number and any info they can give me on it.

Well Toyota Tech Support are having to dig into it much deeper and will email me when they have a part number for me to order. Fingers crossed he can find something that will help us.

Btw that includes the trd tax which turns a normal $16 msrp hose to somehow a $133 hose.

I did some searching with no luck on finding an aftermarket option. I didn’t go too deep but I imagine finding who makes the hose and their partnumber would reveal a much cheaper option.

We'll find it. Once I get unbusy (which won't be til early next week) I'll get to digging into the possible part number for the lower radiator hose if you guys haven't found out the part number for it by the time I get into it.

The trd part number is not cross referencing very good. I found one company that used to make silicone replacement hoses but they appear to have went out of business. I wonder if hps would be willing to manufacture them as I believe at one point they did.

The only problem is that even when using the TRD supplied hose you still must cut it down to modify it, so anyone who makes silicone hoses for us would have to take into account for that and the possibility of it actually being a true bolt on item is pretty unlikely and the possibility of fitment issues may be too great for them or anyone to want to try to roll the dice on production of our supercharger lower radiator hoses.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
The only thing I find weird about all this is that if Magneson included a genuine OEM TRD Lower hose as K1, then why in the hell is part of the instructions to cut it to length? I have a feeling they are retrofitting a cheaper known part with a decent enough shape to work. The heat exchanger hose was a heater core hose off a camera.

Check wiring pins if it starts intermittent again. I was going to replace sensor and then found the plug had loose pins on my boost gauge.

The TRD SC install instructions even said to cut the hose. So this hose must come from a different vehicle that just so happens to fit with a minor modification.

Yep, Same PTR29-35061 was just emailed to me. I will do some digging to see if I can find an aftermarket cross for it as well.
