Looking for the best OTD price on a "standard" Prinsu roof rack for a DC Tacoma. Recommendations would be appreciated!

Buy a used one- they show up from time to time here in the marketplace, or use searchtempest.com to quickly scan all the craigslist and EBay ads in your area.

Otherwise you’re stuck buying one at market price new, I really love mine and don’t regret paying full price for it a bit. It holds our RRT and kayaks when I take the tent off.

i bought one Saturday night. Checked around on 5 different sites looking for both best price and lead time on shipping out the door. Rooftopoverland had it with free shipping and 7 day lead time. all the places i wanted to support by buying off their site, had a lead time of 4-6 weeks BEFORE shipping

I paid full price directly from prinsu and would pay full price again. The “4-6 week lead time” was more like a week for me. I prefer always handing things with the company directly instead of third party vendors in case an issue arises.

Ordered mine from truck brigade also.
I think it came just 2 or 3 days after ordering it. They had good prices too.

Great tips all. Yes, I have tried going the used route but it's pretty hard to find a pre-owned Tacoma DC Prinsu rack for sale.

 That’s got to be the worst ad header I’ve ever heard. They do make nice racks, however if you look at the basic design without all the add on holes and cutouts, who was following who?
Given all that-it was a good suggestion for OP to look at some alternatives.
