The hardware is actually a different size and is currently in development. Hoping to have something in the next month or so, but I have not received a hard timeline yet.

@Baja Designs If I were to mount a squadron pro off the side of my side of my roof rack, can I rotate the driving combo lenses 90* so they are in the correct orientation and maintain the seals?

Anyone running a 3rd gen with Squadron Pros in the fog light location on stock wiring? Was wondering if I have to run this to my switch pro or not.

I do not have Squadron Pros in my fog location, however, you should be good. The Pros are 40W or 2.9amps a piece. Your stock fogs are 50W (I think). Halogen has a much higher draw than LED.

You’ll have more flexibility running them to your Switch Pro. Mostly being able to run them with your brights.

@Baja Designs so I’ve been looking at your dome light for rear lighting in my topper. On you website it says 400 lumens, where all the others places I’ve seen say 200. Is there a new model?

We updated our dome and rock lights from 200 lumens to 400 lumens about a year ago. I would verify with the dealer and make sure that their inventory is not older than 1/1/19. The date of when the light was built will be on the back of the light.

I got a rock light from Amazon warehouse that the resin back is gooey and sticky. It almost looks like someone put paint thinner or something on it. It's not your problem because it was bought "used" but I was planning on scooping some of the soft stuff out and sealing it with jb weld. Do you think that's a good idea? Or should I look at doing something different?

Yeah, a handful of the rock lights that I purchased in bulk had a similar backing to what you explain. It seemed to be isolated to like 1 month's production... I would probably personally scoop the goop out and go back in with like a non-corrosive RTV silicone. You could go with JB Weld I guess though. It honestly doesn't have the worst thermal properties.

Ok thanks for the idea. I'll try that unless BD comes back with something different.

For squadron pros as ditch lights which lens is preferred? Wide cornering, or driving combo?

I see a lot of people running the driving combo, but they are usually pointed straight ahead and level...if you have them angled and pointed somewhat down (the proper way) then the spot beam doesn’t make sense (at least in my mind), right?

I’ll have 4 S1’s in my front bumper acting as “fog lights”, since I cannot fit anything larger than the S1’s...eventually I’ll have a pair of LP9 Pros mounted up front as well.

Does the lifetime warranty apply to foglights purchased second hand? And are there replacement bulbs/parts if the LED's burn out or the lights crack?

    Thanks!

As far as replacement parts, you can the different plastic lenses, but the bulbs are soldered to the board. Thats not exactly end user maintenance.

For a ditch light application, we recommend using a wide cornering lens as it features a 42 degree flattened beam pattern. Your thinking makes perfect sense. :)
