Aftermarket Camera Question

Hey Guys

I installed a rear view camera, turns on when I put the truck into reverse, and shows up on my double din headunit.

I while ago, my battery died, and it was fully dead. Once I charged it up again, I noticed that the camera was now viewing only in B&W and also upside down.
Does anyone know what this might be? I have never incountered this issue before.

Only things I can think of:

1. Look in your head unit menus for settings such as these and try to change them back.

2. Disconnect the battery from the truck for awhile. The head unit has unswitched memory power so disconnecting the battery will take that away and possibly get things to reboot when you reconnect it.

i want to install a cam on my pioneer 4200 but I dont know where/how to get the wire back there???????????

 

I ran mine along the inside of the frame, zip tied them up nice and tight

 

Get some wire loom to protect the cable under the truck, under the drivers seat their is a big grommet to go through you can run the wire twords the door under the carpet then under the plactic molding thats under the door to the dash, also if there is a splice in your cable twords the camera end , I installed the splice behind the rear brake light, it's nice and dry up there.
