I’m not spending anymore time on that bike lol. I’m just going to let whoever buys it know. I rejetted the carb a couple years back and that was a pain in the ass. Accessing anything on that bike sucks

Paperwork signed. Dropping off at UPS in 2 hours during my lunch! They prepaid for 2 day air, but I may just pay for overnight. I want my bike before this weekend!

I don’t know the proper name for it, but it’s coming from one of the “exhaust” tubes that hang down behind the engine? See picture. I circled them in blue. It’s just coming out of one of them.

That’s what I was thinking too, but It dumped the whole tank though. I put more gas in, turned to reserve again to test it and it instantly started draining. Switched to On and it stopped draining.

only thing I could really think of is maybe I reversed the tube to the carb and the tube to the tank?

the outside of the tube didn’t look wet like it was leaking like that. Only the inside of the tube was wet. So I didn’t think it was an actual “leak” in that sense

I’m not putting anymore money or time in to it. I’m selling the bike. Just wanted to try and get some options of what may be wrong so I can inform the buyer it’s something they will have to take care of. If the bike was stored at my house I’d probably do it, but it’s not so I just don’t care anymore lol

Leaving the fuel lever to on or reserve should not cause fuel to flow out of the carb. I think the carb float may be stuck and/ or it needs to be re-leveled. It could even be something simple like a loose carb bowl drain plug.

How much fuel is in the tank? If it is low, that may explain why it only leaks when set to reserve.

The revit mesh jacket came in today. It fits really well. Maybe a tad tight in the neck but it feels ok if I don’t button the top up. Think I’m gonna keep this jacket for summer as it’s pretty lightweight. Just need a back protector. Came with shoulder and elbows.

That’s a good fit. I know you’re tall, but jeez you look stretched out in that pic.
