    As soon as my son graduates HS we’re looking for digs in your neck of the woods. Or maybe Idaho or Utah. Things here are totally out of control (home prices, property taxes, gasoline prices, sales taxes, etc). Example: my parents moved to Solana Beach in 1956 and paid $10,500 for their house (50 yards from the beach). They’re still in the same house and Zillow has it listed at $2.1 million currently. :eek:
