Is it stock? Have you done all maintenance? MAF/Throttle body cleaning, new air filter? Lift and bigger tires will decrease MPG

I've bought so many small goodies for when I go lt, like fluids, cam tab gussets, double shear kit, shock tower brace, axle seals and more and I still have those thoughts about buying coilovers and the actual LT kit

Lol second guessing like a mofo! My bilstein 6112 are blown out and I've wanted LT since getting my truck so I'm just trying to skip the mid travel stage but damn is it a lot of money to spend at once

Drove the kid to the shop to pick up his finished VW...some asked for pics and here it is. 19” Rotiforms, Airlift performance bagged Passat. Shop knocked out the air ride install in 2 days after he had issues (missing parts) with the install at the house.

I wouldn’t worry about it. I have 4” lift and 285s and avg around 15-16. It’s a truck, they aren’t made to save you money on gas.

That’ll explain the poor mpg. Dealers will only advertise the stock mpg numbers not after lift and other mods have been done.

I've been busy with a few mods of late:
    • Bilstein 5100 on stock springs + AAL in rear TSB 4-leaf pack
    • Diff drop + ECGS
    • Mirror relocate @ImMrYo
    • TechDeck - using LTE iPad and Gaia
    • VentVisors
    • LED backup lights bolted onto the bottom of the tow hitch
    • CSI 52 quart fridge/freezer on full extension slider
    • Blue Sea/OGE Auxiliary Power Outlet System with Voltmeter
    • Always on fog light mod
    Next on the list:
    • Bed LEDs from @mattgecko (ordered)
    • 1" rear spacer as the AAL didn't give as much as the front
    • Solar setup (panels plus MPPT charge controller) - just something to keep the 27F lead acid truck battery topped up when using the fridge

This photo shows the truck before the Bilstein 5100s...

The same shit everyone else has.
I run a 285/75 on an 8 et-10 w/ a full 3” lift and do not have a cab mount chop. Alignment plays a huge role in clearances. Align the truck and set the caster so it pushes the wheel as far forward as possible.

Took off this MONSTROSITY of a home made grille that someone put on my truck before I got it.. held back to the support clips by chicken wire when I got it. The guy clearly cut out the original honeycomb grille in my 2011 and rigged this however he could. Terrible.

Scored a 2011 OEM honeycomb grill on a great deal from a fellow TW’er (thank you again) and although it’s an OR grille.. I think it looks a LOT better until I get around to Plasti dipping the chrome and lower bout of my front end.

6 inch rough country lift kit, Kings shocks front and rear, Deaver leaf pack, 4xinnovations shackle flip, 6 inch shackle, front, rear bumpers , rock sliders, warn winch, 35 inch tires
got my truck back. tuck n tub, body mount relocation complete. blower service completed, brakes, all fluids and 3 flushes and fresh oil, and tire rotation. next is quick disconnect sway bar and fix my abs light that came on and limited slip light and red exclamation point. it all came on before the working testing the rub spots. we reset the VSC but it wouldn't calibrate. finally this thing is what its supposed to be. I dont want post all the pics here but this is the most important one
