Are the back wheels pretty even with the front now? Have you taken them off for brake inspections or replacement?

But of course! And torque them every time I come back from a wheeling trip. I really should put a line of gel on them to make it a visual check that doesn't require 100 pound wheel R&R

Have you had to take them off to do a brake job? I’m just curious how the dealership will inspect my rear brakes during the state inspection. Does the loctite break loose easy enough for the inspector to not fail me because he can’t get the drums off?

Anyone on here with the Maxtrac's installed also replaced their hubs? If yes, where did you procure them?

Reason I ask if that I am finally getting around to replacing my hubs after 190k miles. I purchased hubs from 05Taco4x4 (and I have already started a convo with him). I put the first one on and had stop based on how much of the bolts were still protruding when the resistance to thread them in was more than hand tighten. I immediately pulled it out and inspected the hub and the spindle. The spindle had a circular score line I think that came from the end cap of the hub. I measured my old hub and it's nearly .200 inches shorter (measured from the back of the flange that butts up to the spindle to the end of the end cap).

My old hub does not have that area just below the red discoloration.

Looking to see if anyone has had the same problem or any insight.

I replaced mine back in the fall. I got them from Detroit Axle. They went right on with no issues. Hope you can figure yours out quickly.

Have not fully removed them since installing. I feel like a shop will have no problem since they're used to cross threaded, galled & rusted fittings anyway, just takes a few more ugga duggas to break em free.

@ChadsPride, how much lift do you have in the rear? Is the front at 6”? I’m in the process of planning out adding 2 more inches up front with 5100s. I’m trying to decide what notch to set them to and if I should get the 1.5-2” AAL or the 2-2.5” AAL.

    About 6.5" up front

Rear is full Dakar leaf packs and .5" block for around 3.5"

Thanks brotha, i wanted to stay with an 18 inch wheel but wanted that deep dish look. I knew right from the start when i bought the truck i would put 35's, it took me some years but i finally got them.

So after all is said and done I'm satisfied with the lift and look it gave my truck. The UCA's I went with helped out a lot and didn't have to do CMC, unless I plan on Offroading like crazy. Now that I'm done with mechanical repairs and upgrades I can concentrate on painting and dents. I'm pretty sure I'll upgrade shocks and coils for something better eventually but for right now I'm good. Probably add a hidden wench too.
I still have the spydertrex spacer in back because I like my wheels in the back wider than the front
