    I have an All Pro Apex Steel Bumper for sale. Nothing wrong with it, just switched to a different bumper. Minor surface rust due to a bad powder coat job (factory). Coat of POR or regular spray will do the trick. $800 local pickup in SE Texas (Beaumont). May drive to Houston if buyer is serious.
